- Advanced practitioners capable of holding basic asanas for a minimum of 1 minute.
- Individuals with healthy joints and back, able to practice 20 to 30 rounds of Sun Salutations daily.
- Those with core strength sufficient to perform 15 to 20 double leg lifts continuously.
- Individuals with lung capacity to sustain at least one hour of Pranayamas daily, in two separate 30-minute sessions.
- Basic understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
- Physical stamina to handle the intensity of a 10-hour daily schedule.
- Psychologically mature individuals capable of navigating emotional challenges and cultural differences within the group.
