Who Can Attend?

  • Individuals who have completed a 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training from a Yoga Alliance accredited school.
  • Advanced practitioners capable of holding basic asanas for a minimum of 1 minute.
  • Individuals with healthy joints and back, able to practice 20 to 30 rounds of Sun Salutations daily.
  • Those with core strength sufficient to perform 15 to 20 double leg lifts continuously.
  • Individuals with lung capacity to sustain at least one hour of Pranayamas daily, in two separate 30-minute sessions.
  • Basic understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
  • Physical stamina to handle the intensity of a 10-hour daily schedule.
  • Psychologically mature individuals capable of navigating emotional challenges and cultural differences within the group.
  • Willingness to observe silence from 10 pm to 10 am.
