The 100 Hours Yoga Teacher Training program at Prakruti Yogshala in Rishikesh, India, offers a condensed yet comprehensive curriculum spanning 13 days and 13 nights. Whether you’re a novice or an enthusiast practicing yoga as a hobby, our aim at Prakruti Yogshala is to imbue a profound understanding and practice of yoga’s foundational principles. Our curriculum encompasses the essential facets of yoga, delving into key subjects such as pranayama, shat kriya, asana practices, yoga philosophy, anatomy, relaxation techniques including Yoga Nidra, and meditation. With a focus on Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga styles, our school ensures a well-rounded yoga education that integrates body, mind, and breath practices, fostering personal and spiritual growth. During the 13 days of intensive training, students are provided with one rest day per week.
On this day of reprieve, Prakruti Yogshala organizes half-day excursions, which may include visits to the sacred sites nestled in the serene environs of Rishikesh. While typically scheduled on Sundays, the rest day may occasionally be shifted to weekdays to optimize students’ experiences, particularly during peak tourist seasons when Rishikesh experiences heightened influxes of visitors and traffic.
